The board is a three-layer integrated high-pressure composite molding process with a simple and practical design, free of unnecessary complex processes. The core layer is a high-density closed-cell XPS extruded polystyrene board, which absorbs almost no water and will not expand or deform even after long-term immersion in water. Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh is bonded to both sides of the board, and an outer layer of polymer waterproof mortar is applied. The mesh firmly adheres to the mortar layer, mitigating cracking and peeling caused by thermal expansion and contraction. The composite adhesion is strong and will not delaminate over long-term use. The standard size on the market is 1220×2440mm, with thicknesses ranging from 6–50mm, customizable to meet specific needs. For home kitchen and bathroom walls, thinner 10mm or 12mm panels are commonly used. For high-humidity areas such as swimming pool floors and basement walls, thicker panels (15mm or more) are generally chosen to balance load-bearing capacity and waterproofing.
