Polymer nano-quartz composite coating

Cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof coatings are sprayed or rolled onto the surface of the cement board, with a coating thickness controlled at 0.8 - 1.2 millimeters. The active chemical substances in the coating can penetrate into the interior of the cement board and react with the hydration products of the cement to form needle-like crystals insoluble in water. These crystals fill the pores and micro-cracks inside the concrete, creating a dense waterproof network. Tests have shown that its impermeability grade reaches P8 or above, enabling it to effectively block water penetration even under continuous water immersion or high-pressure water flow impact.
