Equipped with exclusive multi-layer structure and functional surface coating, this board integrates waterproofing and thermal insulation in one single panel. It cuts indoor & outdoor heat exchange and stabilizes indoor temperature all year round. Compared with traditional pure cement backer boards, our product boasts higher mechanical strength, outstanding dimensional stability, and will not warp, swell or crack under long-term outdoor exposure

Its integrated three-layer sandwich design forms a complete system combining exterior protection, structural support and finish adhesion. Each layer undertakes independent core functions, balancing long-lasting waterproof performance and adaptability to all harsh outdoor climate conditions

Three Functional Composite Layers
1,Waterproof Central Core Layer
Our core waterproof substrate selects high-density HDPE or EPDM materials as standard options. HDPE features compact molecular structure with superior liquid impermeability, fully blocking rainwater penetration. EPDM delivers great elasticity and wide temperature adaptability, keeping consistent waterproof performance under extreme hot and cold weather. For premium project demands, nano waterproof additives can be mixed into core raw materials to upgrade anti-seepage capacity, perfectly coping with heavy rain and persistent high humidity coastal regions;
2,High-Strength Reinforced Support Layer
To guarantee overall structural rigidity, we adopt GRC glass fiber reinforced cement board or FC fiber cement pressure board as the supporting layer. These materials own strong compression and bending resistance, which can bear the load of exterior wall cladding materials and resist strong wind impact. It avoids panel deformation and surface cracking during long service, and strengthens bonding force between the backer board and wall base structure;
3,Outdoor Protective & Decorative Top Layer
The outermost coating layer acts as both structural protection and decorative finish. Two mainstream coating solutions are available: acrylic coating and fluorocarbon coating. Acrylic finish offers reliable UV resistance and stable color retention, shielding inner board structure from ultraviolet aging and extending product service life. Fluorocarbon coating provides top-tier weather resistance, anti-corrosion and self-cleaning effects, maintaining a tidy facade appearance for years and cutting down regular exterior wall maintenance expenses

Standard On-Site Installation Guidance

Scenario 1： Concrete & Brick Base Exterior Walls

Level the wall substrate surface with cement mortar first to eliminate uneven bumps and gaps;

Mount backer boards in horizontal staggered layout to avoid vertical through seams

Two paving methods are available： thin mortar wet installation and dry mounting. Mechanical anchor fasteners are required for both ways to lock panels firmly against falling off;

Cover all panel joints with alkali-resistant fiber mesh tape, then fill and smooth gaps with anti-crack thin mortar or dedicated exterior waterproof sealant.

Scenario 2： Light Steel Frame / Wooden Stud Exterior Walls

Fix panels directly onto light steel or timber studs with corrosion-resistant anchor fasteners;

Fill all seams between adjacent boards with exterior-grade waterproof sealant, embed fiber mesh tape fully and smooth the sealant layer to cover tape and anchor heads completely;

After base installation, you can proceed with subsequent surface finishing, including thin-set tile cladding, exterior paint spraying, natural stone coating and other decorative treatments
