Verify the wall is flat and secure, clean any dust and debris, and determine the precise location to leave space for the backboard installation.

Material Preparation
Prepare wet room backer boards of appropriate thickness (standard

1220mm x 2440mm x 1300mm, custom thickness available). Also prepare tools such as backing adhesive, tile backboard washers, nylon screws, and metal anchors.

Securing the Backboard
Attach the wet room backer boards to the substrate and screw it in place, spacing the screws 8-12 inches apart and at least 3/8 inch from the edge of the board. Use tape to cover all seams and right-angled corners, extending at least 2 inches on both sides of the seam.

After installation, allow the wet room backer boards to fully cure to form a reliable waterproof base, ensuring long-term, leak-proof use in wet areas. Note that its core principles are: no gaps, full sealing, and material compatibility.
